There is only about 2 restaurants on the main island and they book up VERY fast! Bloody Mary's is the main restaurant that all the tourist go eat at. Sad to say, we were not able to get reservations there because they were literally booked up for the next 4 months. The Four Seasons has amazing chefs and wonderful food that it maked it hard to want to go eat elsewhere. We ate at the resort for all of our meals except the last night we went over to the St. Regis (it is right next to the Four Seasons where we stayed but there will be more about the resort in the next post :) where they have a restaurant by Chef Jean-George Vongerichten's named Lagoon. The food was amazing! The best meal we had all week by far. I would highly recommend taking a boat over there for your one "special" meal for the week. The prices are pretty high (but everything in Bora is expensive so watch out) but the food and atmosphere are WAY worth it. They have out door seating to watch the sunset and the weather in Bora is just perfect to sit outside. If you are interested in eating outside of your resort, try to make reservations before you go or at the beginning of your stay because like I said there are not a lot of options and things book up fast around there!
